Russia is testing a Tu-214R reconnaissance aircraft over Ukraine

The Russian Air and Space Forces [VKS] have tested and continue to test their new Tu-214R reconnaissance aircraft. These claims were published in several Russian media, including RIA Novosti. According to Russian military analysts, the Tu-214R was sent over to Ukraine to detect military targets. Other experts claim that the Tu-214R was used to map the current situation and detect future military structures.
