It’s a sight that immediately has the hallmarks of war: Ballistic missiles being hauled across continental Russia in open-top railcars as forces gather on the Russia-Ukraine border.
But what is making military experts really sit up and take notice isn’t the missiles. It’s the little things. Mobile weather stations, latrine units, bakeries. It seems Russian President Vladimir Putin means business.
