Germany, Romania to Fly Mission Over Russia, Belarus

German and Romanian inspectors will conduct an aerial surveillance flight over Russia and Belarus under the Treaty on Open Skies in September, the head of Russia's Nuclear Risk Reduction Center said Monday.
