One domestic issue with many foreign policy implications currently generating much national and international interest is that of $2.1 billion arms procurement deal. Under the Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GEJ) administration, the $2.1 billion was earmarked to purchase arms for the prosecution of the anti-Boko Haram war.
