After Paris attacks, Pentagon quietly shifts to new phase of ISIS war

The Islamic State group's ferocious attack on Paris will be met with "intensification" of the U.S.-led fight against the terror group, President Obama said Monday, but it will not fundamentally alter his strategy nor his reluctance to put more U.S. troops on the ground in Iraq and Syria. "We have the right strategy and we're seeing it through," Obama said during the close of the G20 summit in Antalya, Turkey.
