Initial production funding for UK’s new fighter jet radar to support innovation across UK defence industry

Chief Secretary to the Treasury, The Rt Hon Darren Jones MP, confirmed during a visit to defence company Leonardo in Edinburgh that the UK Government has released £204.6m of funding towards the production and integration of the innovative new radar for the Royal Air Force (RAF)’s Eurofighter Typhoon combat aircraft.
